1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning services for residential and/or commercial properties, as agreed upon during booking. Services may include standard, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and other specialized cleaning tasks.
2. Booking and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Recurring service clients are responsible for informing us of changes in availability or access.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on service type, size of the property, and scope of work.
All quotes are estimates and subject to change if conditions vary.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our team is unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.
Please secure pets and notify us of any alarm systems.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence in every service.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning.
We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.
6. Safety and Liability
Our team is trained and insured.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improper installations.
We do not use eco-friendly products unless specifically requested.
Valuables and fragile items should be secured before service.
7. Damages or Breakage
In the rare event of accidental damage or breakage:
Notify us within 24 hours of the service.
We will evaluate the situation and may offer repair or compensation as appropriate.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Right to Refuse Service
Extreme Shine Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service if:
Conditions are unsafe
The client is uncooperative or abusive
The property poses health risks beyond our scope
